We stayed here for two days as we were going on a Disney cruise. Got the suite for two adults and two kids. The room was very spacious. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Had a little couch and kitchen area. Way more space than we needed and the price was very reasonable. $450 for two nights. I used the gym (keyed entry), used the washer and dryer, ($1/cycle). Breakfast was great. Rented a car and parked in their garage, that was the only thing that was a bit pricey at $30/night. Staff was excellent and very friendly and communicative! Location was interesting (first time visiting Fort Lauderdale so I didn’t know what to expect) but we mostly stayed in the suite. Would highly recommend.

We didn’t get the chance to stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas, but we were truly amazed by the professionalism and generosity of the staff — especially Jeffrey Katz, Director of Rooms. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our reservation at the very last moment, and yet the hotel was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Jeffrey responded with compassion and offered a thoughtful resolution that went above and beyond. Friends of ours who were able to stay at the hotel shared glowing feedback — they said the experience was excellent in every way, with warm and attentive hospitality that truly stood out. This kind of service is rare and says everything about the quality and integrity of the team at this hotel. We look forward to staying here in the future and will absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you again!
