Every single interaction with the staff at the Ludlow was 10/10. Always super responsive, even before we arrived. Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. (Try the hummus and pita for a quick snack!)

The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

The room was spacious, renovated, large bed, quiet, the staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful. We asked to change the room and they delivered my request. The bathroom was also clean and nicely renovated.

Everything! The location is just on an underground stop. The breakfast (paid separately) was great, the staff was very helpful and were very nice, and the room was decorated in a very cool way. The best was the bed. Soooo comfy...

I loved everything about the hotel and the location! It is right at the subway trains, plus i loved the neighbourhood, so safe and clean and plenty great shops and eateries nearby! The hotel itself was awesome, the staff so very kind and the room so cosy and quiet. LOVED IT!

Expensive for one sandwich, chips, pickles a lemonade and a beer $48.95 without a tip. However, the experience was great. It was busy friendly and the food (pastrami on rye) was gorgeous so well worth the cost.
