A Truly Memorable Experience at the White House 🇺🇸 We had the privilege of visiting the White House during the month of July, and it was truly a memorable experience. The tour was well-organized, informative, and gave us a wonderful glimpse into one of the most iconic buildings in the world. The staff and security personnel inside the White House were extremely courteous, professional, and humble. Their warm demeanor made the experience even more pleasant. A quick tip for future visitors: Do not carry any bags, backpacks, or unnecessary items with you. Only mobile phones are allowed insideeverything else is strictly prohibited, including purses and food items. Security is tight, so it’s best to travel light. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity and an unforgettable part of our trip to Washington, D.C. Highly recommended for anyone who gets the chance!Guest review byDhananjay - 2.0

As an Australian we were not allowed to tour the White House as our consulate are too lazy to apply for us. Americans have to apply through their congressman for permission so be aware that you just cannot turn up and request a tour like they do in the movies.!Guest review byMichaelAustralia

Go early. You want to be queueing for the Washington Monument at 7AM, tickets available at 8:30, if you get there any later than 8:30 they'll be gone for the day. You can book in advance, but often it has to be a long way in advance. Also things like Ford Theatre and Holocaust Memorial Museum arrive early and queue, and if you want photos of attractions go early. I got a photo outside the White House of just me at 7:45AM, by 10:00AM it was packed and you couldn't get a good whole body whole house photo without hoards of other people, so go early for memorial photos and tickets.Guest review byEdwardUnited Kingdom
