it was our second time there. everything perfect. the staff is very proffesional and even helped us get a phone my partner left in the cab. they looked up the cab number from camera and called the taxi company and we got it back ❤️ taxi driver had already turned off the phone so he had no intension to actually return it. but thanks to the hotel staff we got it :) the breakfast is so good, my favourite.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. Location is perfect, just around the corner from the cathedral on a lively street and 10min walk from Old Quarter and 5min drive to e.g. Temple of Literature. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices and healthy options. Pool and bar area very nice and above all the noise and heat, very enjoyable. Would stay here again :)

We were very comfortable at this hotel. We got a large quiet room, well furnished, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location good, a 10-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast had a fairly decent spread, too.

Perfect Location. In the old quarter close to everything. Walking distance to all attractions. Clean and comfortable appartment. It is in the small street so quiet at night. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Provided complimentary kit includes tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, shaving kit etc. Free 2 bottles of water daily. Breakfast superb, variety of dishes and eggs, pancakes and noodles on demand. Staff very friendly and helpful. Huy( the guy welcomed us) and Michael both are nice, friendly, caring and always ready to help. Best feature is washing machine.
