This hotel was very nice the room are spacious really nice bathrooms and great decors and design, the hotel is in a very cute area of ha long very quiet at night. Staff was kind and very competent they arranged for us a trip in the bay and taxis The breakfast was very good and the main hall where you eat is beautiful Really recommend this hotel, The guy named Viet at the reception was really kind and helpful, thank you so much again!

The room was fantastic for the price we got. Lin was really kind and helpful and she helped us get transfers. Highly recommend this hotel it has a great view right outside the hotel. Centre is 20mins walk.

Great customer service! Staff were very attentive and responsive. Before arriving, Chloe was prompt to respond to queries about the spa booking. Spa and massage were amazing too. Staff also surprised us with welcome fruits and cakes! Hoai (Hailey) was fantastic in answering queries about nearby places and arranging our transport to Tuan Chau International Marina for the cruise. Great sea view from the room. Room was clean and spacious. Hoi Gan Beach and Winmart is just behind the hotel. Family owned restaurant, Bun Cha Huyen Vu sells one of the best Bun Cha, just opposite the hotel. Tuan Chau International Marina is just 30mins away for the cruise. Hope to be back!

The staff were so welcoming and always happy to help and accomodate our every need. From the moment we walked in they were very accomodating with everything. Would highly recommend the accomodation is central with lots on offer. The rooms weee very clean and the rooftop bar was amazjng perfect place to end the day with a cold drink music filtered in the background and a pleasant atmosphere

Everything was great. The house's territory is spacious and very green, the vibes are relaxing. Food (specially vegan/vegetarian options) are delicious - would like to come again for fried tofu. The staff is friendly, polite and willing to help with any question and activity. They also suggest a bunch of activities to be occupied with, which is very nice. The road to the place also was smooth thanks to staff assistance. Enjoyed the time there a lot!
