United KingdomA lovely hotel located just outside of the centre of Baños. What it may lack in shine it more than makes up with their service. So kind and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The courtyard area is beautiful and extensive and though the rooms are a bit dated, this adds to the charm of the place. Tailored the breakfast to requests and very happy to store luggage following check out. Plus very patient with my terrible Spanish - a good opportunity to practice! And they have the cutest puppy Torr!
