The excellent staff, the facilities, the view from the room and the shower outside (OMG), the food (everyday a different and more delicious option), amazing breakfast choices, the game drives!!! A special thank you and recomendation to our guide: Peace!!! He is a great guide, with very good ethics to approach the animals, giving us plenty of information about nature and being very good-humoured and kind. To us, it was the perfect place for our honeymoon.

Everything about the experience at Umoya was exceptional. The pre-arrival communication was fantastic. The staff during our stay were incredibly helpful, friendly and seemed proud of their job. The food was top notch (thanks David and Happy!). The setting is amazing and the photos don’t do the rooms or communal spaces justice. We did two game drives over our stay and Rassie was equal parts friendly and knowledgable.

Amazing stay. Staff was very helpful, they make you feel like home. Rooms are big, clean and very confortable. Food is very good, we loved the dinner served at the room! It was our honeymoon trip and everuthing was great! The games were nice, we were not luck the first ones but in the last we saw lions and elefants!

We had the executive suite and it was super luxurious and comfortable. Eddie took us out on great drives and organized a walking safari for us. Couldn’t have had a better time. Just make sure you know that the nearest shop is 40min away.
