There are a few well marked walks around the property. Extremely clean and well equiped cabin and well looked after property. The local wildlife were a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quiet R and R

Imo the beauty and serenity of the location is unmatched. We loved playing tennis, bushwalking through the property, canoeing along the lovely Frankland River practically at our doorstep, also having an outdoor wood fire and BBQ. Very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen plus an indoor wood fire to keep us warm at night. Also Prue the manager is a fabulous and very generous host! Fyi as a family of 4 living in Albany we were 2-3 times a year regulars at the Chalets for 17 years up until 5 years ago when our son and then later our daughter moved to Perth to study, so this was our first reunion visit to what we all call our 'second home"!!!

My daughter left her comforter behind and was so upset, Jane was amazing she told us that wooby was staying on holidays a little longer which completely put my daughter at ease, she then posted the toy to us.. highly recommended these villas for your next getaway!!

We were very pleased that every item we needed was there and available. The Cottage Blue Wren was spacious and comfortable and the beds were top quality mattresses. We cooked dinner one night and two breakfasts. We enjoyed the quiet and the farm scenery and the kangaroos and magpies.

Was pleasantly suprised at how wonderful the cottage was. The serene surroundings really made out stay a memorable one. The cottage itself was very cozy and had all the facilities that we wanted. Furthermore, the location near the waterfall was great.. The addition bonus was countless number of kangaroos on the way in. A sight to behold. It was also not very far from Margaret River town. A short 5-10 mins drive will take you to the center of town

We were blown away by the beauty of this place. Not much more to say really - I cried at the thought of leaving, and in the knowledge that it is too far from home for me ever to come back. Being so close to nature, and surrounded by wonderful birds, animals and trees, was a very special experience, and the accommodation itself was just perfect.

The Chalet was clean and well equipped. We made use of the BBQ, hot tub and canoe to go out on the lake. On one night we ate out at the Karri Valley resort (15 minute drive towards Pemberton) which has a good restaurant overlooking another lake. We found plenty to do in the area and would have like to stay longer but our schedule didn't allow. The bakery just as you arrive in Pemberton is well worth a visit.

I have travelled a lot all over the world on 6 continents but this might be No.1 on my personal list of top places: this cosy but still very roomy chalet, the view overlooking the green pasture like out of a painting, the utterly quietness and last but not least Barbara and Raimund, the lovely and helpful owners of the place!
