Some units feature a terrace and / or a patio with sea or garden views. Fred and SP are great hosts. They picked us up, cooked delicious meals for us and their overall hospitality is unbeatable. Talking to them at dinner felt like having dinner with friends. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need (ventilation, big bathroom, free water, hammocks, etc.). The beach in front of the accommodation is breathtaking and good for snorkling. Overall the best place we have been to in Borneo!

Asian and halal breakfast options are available at the lodge. At Hawun Valley Kiulu you will find a restaurant serving Asian cuisine. A halal option can also be requested. Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

A really personalised experience, the food was incredible and all activities were in small groups. We had several different dietary requirements within our group and they catered to this extremely well - lots of variety but each meal was equally delicious! Jason provided the best hospitality we’ve had in 5 months in Asia. Best parts staffs were swift and efficient to help out when in need.

Great location in middle of a protected forest, rich biodiversity and excellent guides that organize canoë rides and forest walks in which you get to see a lot! Our guide Mica was very professional and caring. We we're treated as family and everybody at the lodge made our stay a wonderful expérience.

The lodge offers a sun terrace. What a holidays I passed at maglami! I missed Maglami as soon as I left! The staff are cheerful and very friendly, available and caring for all travellers.
