Scenic High Falls is 6.1 km from the lodge. We stayed in one of the motel rooms, it looks rustic but the interior is tastefully updated. The room is spacious with high ceilings and spotlessly clean, even comes with a kitchenette and a small closet. Wi-Fi is good and stable. Large TV. The sounds the heater makes kind of sounds like rain falling on the roof. It was one of the most comfortable stays we've had on our road trip, so much so we decided to stay and relax for an additional 2 hours in the morning instead of getting right back on the road.

Didn’t get too many pictures before arrival. I was a little bit skeptical at first but such a surprise when I enter the cabin. Got everything I need and great location. We love the place, the unit is fully equipped with everything you might need (including dish soap, sponge, towels, toilet paper etc), kitchenette has all utensils. The unit is very spacious and upgraded, facing lake and a large lawn. Not crowded and you can relax at your own peace. We brought our puppy and it was safe for him to running unleashed. It feels like you’re visiting your parents living up north, so comfy and cozy! We would like to thank Derek and Jeffrey for making our stay amazing and helping with all routine questions.

We loved looking out the window, while it was raining and watching the rain fall on the water, it was wonderful, beautiful, peaceful and romantic to look at; you have to be there to enjoy the moment. And watching the sunset off the water, it was also beautiful. The property have lots of sitting areas with fire pits and BBQ grills. And for this time of year, it was quite. The price was affordable and our room had everything in it. We went for our 6th wedding anniversary and we loved our weekend getaway.
