The lodge offers a continental or American breakfast. This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a place designed to disconnect from everything and reconnect with yourself, plus Polo was such an incredible host. Totally recommend La Selvita!

An à la carte breakfast is available at the lodge. At Finca Barlovento Cabaña, Tayrona you will find a restaurant serving American, Cajun Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. We stayed in one of the "cabanas" rooms that are open to the sea and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The mosquito net worked fine and there was a fan, plus with the breeze and good quality mattress it was actually quite comfortable. The staff of the hotel and restaurant / bar are fantastic, special shout out to Juan! The food at the restaurant was some of the best we've had in Colombia, including a very generous breakfast. The pool area was great to relax too. The beach by the hotel is probably one of the cleanest and nicest in the region. Viewing the sunset both on the river where you can observe caymans, and on the oceans where you can watch surfers, was a great experience.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy an American breakfast. What an amazing place. The cabins were spacious and beautiful, beds comfortable, the beach perfect and great to swim in, even for our small kids. The outdoor was really nice as well with lots of palm trees, hammocks, beanbags and lying beds. And the staff was really helpful and friendly.. there are 3 great hikes you can do from the hotel.

Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. The property is an eco-friendly hostel that offers private rustic rooms with balcony and bathroom. Carolina & her staff went far beyond the call & made me feel right at home. When I arrived a day early, they found me a room in a wonderful beach cabana at the same amazing rate. The local bus, which stops directly in front of the lodge every five minutes, made getting around a breeze. I hope to return one day!

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. It's a beautiful accommodations surrounded by nature! The room is your own haven with screened walls on some walls for a bug-free immersion into the forest. Very light/clean/airy! The night insects whistle at night, and you wake to the birds in the morning! The grounds are stunning and immaculate! They have lovely cats & dogs happily enjoying the property with you! Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

Simón Bolívar International Airport is 46 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. This is a beautiful house with outstanding Mountain Views. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Premium mattress and linens, hot water, tasteful decorations and lots of small details. Yuca restaurant is a few steps away and we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.

An à la carte, vegetarian or vegan breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. What makes this place so great, as so many have alluded to, is Fiona and Helmut - lovely, hospitable hosts who do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Loved the breakfasts and Helmut’s cooking in the evening was excellent too. The location is just magnificent and the views from the Finca and from the poolside are unforgettable - banana trees, jungle and the beautiful coastline. It is a rustic place but with lots of beautiful touches and a great spot from which to totally unwind and escape - though we also used it as a base to explore nearby Tayrona National Park and Palomino, both short bus rides away from the bottom of the hill. Thank you guys for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we miss it already!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Very peaceful and private location in the middle of the forest. Very friendly staff :-)

Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino is 32 km from the lodge, while Santa Marta Gold Museum is 35 km from the property. Simón Bolívar International Airport is 44 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The staff were phenomenal. They were so kind and helpful. We dealt mostly with David and Alejo, both of whom spoke really good English, and they were very genuine, interested, and nice. The other staff were also great and were happy to try to chat with us in our broken Spanish. The food was really tasty. The ingredients felt high quality and the cooks were really good. The camarones con salsa de coco y ajo was especially good. The cabins were really cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse, with plenty of monkeys and birds at eye-level while we lounged in the hammocks. The bed was comfortable and everything was kept really clean by the staff.
