The only sound you have is the wild life of nature . Staff was really helpful , the night tour was really interesting .

The location close to the volcano was amazing. The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi were top notch, and accessing them through a hanging bridge was an awesome experience. The room was also very nice.

There are SO many great sodas and places to eat at in town, we didn't necessarily want to pay for included breakfast. The kitchenette was perfect, and we could re-heat leftovers etc, but it really felt more like staying at our own place. We hardly saw another person (staff or guests, but we know they were there!) the whole time, and it was so peaceful. Staff was very responsive to questions via Whatsapp, and the instructions for getting in and out of the gate/ parking area/ keys etc were very clear.

The meals are a highlight—delicious, healthy, and hearty, made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from their garden. Every bite feels homemade and thoughtfully prepared. The lodge itself is a stunning blend of a forest and a botanical garden, teeming with wildlife, especially birds. It's a nature lover's dream. I highly recommend the night tour with Jay—it’s an unforgettable experience. Nohelia is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and Costa Rica as a whole, always ready to offer helpful tips and advice. One thing to note: the lodge is accessible only with a 4WD vehicle, as the last 3 kilometers of the road are quite rough. However, the journey is absolutely worth it. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Ecolodge Cecropia. If I could, I’d rate it 200%. Nohelia and Jay are truly wonderful hosts, and they’ve created a magical place that’s not to be missed.

The house offered a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano and lush green surroundings. The spacious yard was perfect for morning workouts. The bathroom was very well-equipped and roomy. We also made good use of the laundry facilities, which allowed us to take care of our laundry during our stay.

This eco lodge is located 1 km from the Arenal Volcano and 2 km from hot springs. It features an extensive garden, tours and outdoor activities arrangement and free Wi-Fi throughout. Totally recommend it..... Location is key to anywhere..... Awesome nature..... After you're stay you will notice,,,,you had it all there........!!! The ppl staff and the place 100% friendly..!
