The pod was absolutely gorgeous - so thoughtfully put together to get the most out of the space and had so much fitted in there. A small but rare thing for these types of places was that the plates, bowls, mugs etc were actually nice and not just bought as cheap as possible. The tv has Netflix and there is also a Dyson hairdryer, and beers and milk were left in the fridge for us. The sauna was AMAZING and ice water and fruit was left outside it for us which was so thoughtful. We also went on a gorgeous walk with amazing views of the Loch just 15-20 minutes from the pods. Brian and Gillian were so kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay there. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We received an email with instructions for using the lock box with the key inside, and phone number for the host if there were any questions or we needed anything. Instead, someone was at the property to meet us and provide a short orientation. Water for the shower and taps is heated using the wood burning stove, so it was necessary to light the fire, and it had been a while since we had practiced this special skill. The host personally showed us her method and provided us a personal bbq with which we were unfamiliar. They don't have these in the US. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet we were only a few minutes from a village with a grocery, restaurant and nice parks.
