Located in Mashobra, Cedar Hill Lodge - A Boutique Homestay provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy darts on site, or cycling in the surroundings. We had an absolutely lovely time at Cedar Hill Lodge. They’ve recently renovated the property and the rooms are very comfortable with cute interiors and everything you need. The common room is cute and cozy, and they have an outdoor area where you can chill and work with great views of the mountains. There’s also an open deck where we spent time stargazing. The sunrise and moon rise from here are simply stunning. The chef Jogan whipped up some delicious meals for us, including very good continental food. The place is run by Atul and Garima, who were super helpful with recommendations around the area. Babloo took good care of us and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Do note that the place is in Chharabra, about 25 minutes away from Shimla. For us this was an advantage since we wanted to be away from the crowds. There are some restaurants nearby serving good food. It’s just across the road from Wildflower Hall, and is also very close (walkable) to a temple and the Rashtrapati Niwas. There are nature trails. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with breathtaking views!

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Everything was good, the cottages, the food and hospitality. We had a wonderful time, will recommend the Bonfire at night, it was a wonderful experience.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. The ambience was so homely! Food was sumptuous... The place is clean and very home like. Vegetarian and halal options can also be requested. Situated above the old town with comfortable rooms and great views across the valley. The owner and staff are friendly and hospitable and the in-house cafe offers a wide range of high quality meals made to order. Good, fast wifi is also freely available. Recommended for solo travellers and bikers. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Manali.

A buffet breakfast is available at the lodge. The stay was wonderful. We booked a room for a night's stay en route to kaza. The place is being run by tamang and his team and echor has done a good job in putting things into place. The head cook is very skilled and customizes food according to your tastebuds. Kiran is adept in room services. The cottages and rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The location near the helipad and 2 mins walk from the ancient monastery is amazing. There is no other place like this in a 40 km radius.
