The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It’s a little walk from the town, but it has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The host provided us with a grand and delicious breakfast the morning we left, and also helped us get to the train station in time when our car broke down. Overall great experience.

We booked La Luna incredibly last minute and kind of turned up out the blue. Kushan and his mother were so gracious and quickly organised our room for us. They were incredibly accommodating and cooked us some amazing food (definitely our best breakfast of the trip). La Luna is outside of the centre of town, which we really enjoyed, especially as we had our TukTuk with us so could explore the town ourselves. It was so lovely to talk to Kushan and he gave us some great recommendations of things to do during our stay.

A nice place in the center of Sri Lanka. Away from tourists, close to wonderful nature. A unique place. Clean and fragrant. We enjoyed entering the room after a whole day of sightseeing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, although the selection could be larger. Frank was a godsend when our car broke down. Without him, we wouldn't have been able to arrange a mechanic. He ordered tuk-tuks for us and stayed to organize technical help. We highly recommend this place!
