The breakfast was big and very delicious! The owner took time to tell us about their habits, life and floating islands. What is more they arranged a free transfer to the island for us as well. We will have the best memories of the family and this place. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, friendly and very helpful host family. They prepared for us fantastic dinner and breakfast. We experienced an incredible view of the sunset over the lake, followed by the sunrise the next morning. A beautiful place and lovely people living there.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated room on the island where Walter's family lives. Walter was incredibly helpful, arranging our arrival (his father picked us up by motorboat). Throughout our stay, the family took great care of us, cooking us delicious meals, and Walter took us on a boat tour of Uros Island, explaining how the islands are built and how the community lives. He then organized a day trip to Taquile Island before we even thought of it ourselves. Walter sells beautiful handicrafts made by his family on the island. Watching the sunrise from the island's observation deck and the breathtaking night sky is an unforgettable experience.

Estadio Enrique Torres Belón se nachází 4,6 km odtud. the breakfast was okay, freshly prepared by the owner of the property. not much option, but you will have coffee or tea with pancakes with fresh fruits. the room we stayed overlooks the city lights at night and it is very romantic. during the day, the room gets really hot, however, we get to do lake tours with the owner. for a very reasonable price. lunch/dinner can be provided by owner for a fee, we opt to eat at nearby restaurants. and the owner can speak english very well.

When I made the booking, I couldn't fully understand how a lodge could have a full score of "10" on both booking and Google. By the time we had our first meal there, we started to appreciate the effort and care our hosts put into this lovely place and understand why all the guests love this place! The lodge was clean, cozy, well-built, and beautifully decorated, in our guest room, on the deck, in the dining room...everywhere! Our hosts Juan and his wife took great care of us - Juan took us to the floating islands after we arrived at Titikaka and showed us around his neighborhood in the afternoon. He also told us what life is like for his family on the Titikaka. We were served delicious and fresh meals throughout the day in a lovely dining room. Eating in a cozy dining room with a window view of the breathtaking Lake was a memorable experience. We also had a chance to play with two of his kids and their house pets. Everything was lovely, I wish I stayed longer and I look forward to returning to this place!

The rooms had a beautiful view of the lake and nearby green mountain. The beds were comfortable with an outdoor deck day bed as well. The night was cold, but plenty of blankets kept us warm. The food was fresh and tasty and each family member contributed to our wonderful stay. Transportation was arranged by the host from our hostal by taxi to the port and then a boat took us for a short ride to the hotel within Uros Island.

First of all, the host's welcome and care - his help and commitment were unprecedented! I felt special during the entire stay, and I also had a wonderful boat trip around the Uros Islands with an amazing host guide.
