The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Reindeer Lodge asub Kiiruna raudteejaamast 23 km ja Kiiruna bussijaamast 20 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on saun ja tasuta eraparkla. The property offers a magical and unforgettable experience where you can live among reindeer. We stayed in a large tent with a private toilet and felt very comfortable. In winter, you need to keep the stove burning constantly; otherwise, it can get quite cold. However, even this adds to the unique and enjoyable experience. Dinner was very satisfying in a great atmosphere.

Tasuta WiFi-ühendusega Camp Caroli Wooden Cabins asub Jukkasjärvis. Külalised saavad nautida aeda, terrassi ja grillimisvahendeid. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We were be able to do all activities and tours, we have in our mind. Stefan helped us during every stage of our visit. Rooms are perfect, People are perfect and Nature is perfect. We want to thank you all for this amazing Nordic experience. Even our 7 years old daughter had an amazing time. And we did not face with any diffuculties, even we were with our kid. P.S. Jonathan is the best snowmobile instructer ever :)

Metsaga ümbritsetud Aurora Camp Kurravaara asub otse Torne jõe ääres, 13 km kaugusel Kiiruna lennujaamast. Kohapeal on saun ja möbleeritud terrass. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!
