The staff was amazingly friendly, responsive and helpful. The room was cozy and nice, most importantly, had a self heating bed which is is a life saver in Sa Pa, because everyone tells you it is cold in Sa Pa in December but what they don't tell is that it's also cold inside (including in restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels). We came to Pine Hill after we left another hotel because of the cold inside the room.

There is a private bathroom with shower in every unit, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. We loved our stay here! It was quiet and so serene. The scenery is unreal, set among the rice fields which were in full bloom. Sol the host was incredibly nice and booked our trek for us as well as organising our taxi. Her food was amazing. We recommend this place to all!
