Bespoke architecture and a keen attention to details. If you have a thought in your mind like "It would have been good to have x", it'll be there. We had a great game drive in the afternoon, both enjoyable and educational! Tried the braai, also very good. Taking out a canoe on the dam on a still morning - amazing! Just watch out for the rhinos, the female gets annoyed...

Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. Absolutely perfect and beautiful hotel. Our stay was amazing and the chalets are fantastic! Everything is very clean, the food is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly!

It's perfectly organised. From the moment you check in until the moment you check out. Staff: super friendly. Timings: on point. Quality of food: excellent. Game drives: wonderful! We saw a lot of different animals (too many to name). Separate pool areas for children and adults.

Casa bella, moderna, pulita, molto attrezzata. Parcheggio in cortile interno chiuso. Di fronte alla struttura c'è un piccolo negozio e un bar.

The elephants are majestic and the whole atmosphere at the lodge is incredible! Found myself sitting staring at the elephants for hours. Breakfast was very good. And the staff… Best staff I ever met! Each and every one of them is amazing and made our stay even more perfect. My top recommendation for sure!

A lovely house in the trees, with a view. Quiet, cosy, stylish and comfortable. Great veranda to sit out on, and eat or read. Very convenient for the beautiful Garden Route. We wish we could have stayed longer. All the houses on the property are well separated from each other and not overlooked.
