Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. An incredible stay - such a charming property and lovely owners. Attention to detail as good as you’ll find and the property and location are 10/10. We stayed in one of the log cabins and it was like something from a movie. Absolutely beautiful. A quick mention also for Nostalgie Restaurant nearby. Only 350m walk away and the best restaurant around within 50 miles apparently. It was fantastic so don’t miss it.

Willem was an exceptional host Loved seeing all the game.... they interrupted our dinner which was delightful but it landed up being a bit drawn out after a long days travel.

Nestled in the rural area of Oudtshoorn, it offers the perfect setting to relax by a beautiful pool while taking in the stunning mountain views. What stood out the most was the impeccable taste of the owners in decorating the space, creating a unique atmosphere and an incredibly pleasant experience. The staff was excellent, with prompt and thoughtful communication. It was my mother’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make her evening truly special. The dinner served on-site was absolutely delicious, and the spacious rooms, complete with powerful showers, added to the comfort. In summary, this was a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Thabile Lodge and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

Immerso nei tranquilli dintorni del Parco Naturale Maitland, il Thunzi Bush Lodge offre sistemazioni in stile rustico con angolo cottura, arredi tradizionali e balcone affacciato sulla foresta. The place was well kept and very nice views of the bush from the Charlet. We quite enjoyed the hiking trail which was a good distance to walk.
