The staff were exceptionally helpful at all hours of the day, no request was out of bounds. I arrived late and could check in as soon as I arrived. The facilities were brilliant. The breakfast buffet was completely worth it and one of the best I’d ever had! I’ll be back again

Just recently built, located on the beach of the Palm, opposite the huge mall and a monorail station. Breakfasts are magnificent, there are two outdoor pools - on the rooftop and on their own beach. Rooms are not the biggest ones, but modern and clean. Staff is very friendly in all areas, even when they are busy. Will definitely return here.

Just WOW - we had the best time and really enjoyed staying in this beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings and the BEST staff and service!! The breakfast was GREAT and wow the people were super nice and helpful at all times! The interior was amazing to, directly felt at home and the hotel staff even surprised us for our anniversary, so cute!! We will definitely come back!!

I stayed at the palace, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Food is very delicious in room dine and breakfast buffet. The buffet food is fresh and of wide selection service is great and the decoration is very cozy and classy. A very quiet and calm hotel. It’s a reel 5 star hotel My family and I loved our stay at this hotel And hopefully will visit again.
