We love everything about this place, the staff who reply to messages in minutes, the wonderful rooms, coffee&tea in the room, view, location, cleanliness just everything. I think they could be excellent certainly they tried to correct anything quickly as they were on a learning curve simply said I would go back again or certainly book for friends visiting as most faults are being picky rather than major issues
