Everything was clean. Room was cosy and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was great at two meals. I'm very impressed that they leave child slippers and bathrobe in our room for our daughter. I've stayed lots of hotels around the world. Mostly five stars hotels. But never experienced this level of care. It made us very happy.

This place was great! The staff is super friendly, the hotel lounge is very cozy and invites you to relax. The food was very good, this definitely exceeded our expectations. The sauna is nice. Location is quite good if you leave your skis in a locker at a rental place (easy to fix). All in all a great stay.

The luxurious 5-star Festa Winter Palace in Borovets at the foot of the Rila mountain has an indoor pool and is only 100 metres away from the ski runs and the cable car.

Very nice hotel, old-fashion style furniture. The room was very big, and the position is great. Also, I received a surprise in the room since it was my birthday! The SPA is little but functional, has a big pool and massages were great

We made a bachelor party there and everything went amazing! The staff was great they answered all of our questions to make this event truly memorable. It was having everything you needed for your nights. You only needs to bring drinks and food or even only drinks as they are also offering to prepare you the food both lunch and dinner. The property has and dogs which are very cute and friendly - which for us was a bonus points as we love animals. It is in quiet place in the forest and very close to the Iskar Dam and some little market shops which you can get everything you needed. They had and BBQ which was fully loaded to be fired up!
