The apartments are great and include everything you need. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was top. We stayed in the hotel for acclimating and had everything we needed in the direct neighborhood.

The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet and the shower has good pressure and is warm. It has a historical theme and even has a museum in the large house… worth seeing for a slice of Bolivian history. Nice local style breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good: a safe and clean district where you can run and go to church nearby. The staff was so friendly, always attentive to help you. They sent us a taxi to the airport when we arrived, they answered very quickly our questions and they helped us to make tours to Tiahuanaco and Copacabana. The breakfast was really good, there was even lactose free milk!

The staff is amazing. I experienced horrible altitude discomfort. it's was so bad, I couldn't leave the bed. Girls on the reception went to the pharmacy for me and got me pills, Milda got me oxygen, so I managed to sleep a bit. I could not ask for more. Coffe, tea facilities, and water were available 24/7
