Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

This was a really beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We loved the garden with the music and really enjoyed our little balcony and the decoration in the hotel overall.
