Nestled right next to the lush(Forest Park), this hotel offers unbeatable convenience for visiting the iconic Avatar-themed attractions—it’s literally minutes away! The staff truly made our trip exceptional; their fluent English and warm hospitality ensured seamless communication and personalized attention throughout our stay. The hotel is next to Boafeng lake and close to the national park. The hotel offered us a free shuttle for our visot to the park and airpoet. They were very proactive in helping us plan our trip by making suggestions and helping us with the tickets. The staff was so helpful it was amazing!

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We had a magical time in this hotel one of the best.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our itenary and book tickets on our behalf. The hotel also offers a free airport pickup by car and shuttle to Zhangjiajie National Park Middle gate. The swimming pool is well maintained and great pleasure to swin after a long day of hiking. From the pool you have direct mountain view, and by taxi it is only 14 minutes to the national park and about 30 minutes to Wulingyuan village.

The owners are super kind and always available to help. We got an upgrade of the room for free just because a better room was available in the days of our stay. The Location is very comfortable especially to reach Tianmen Mountain. Rooms are spacious and clean. Recommended!

Xiaomei took care of everything for us, including park reservations, tickets for shows, accommodating our requests and changing needs, helping us out , carrying our luggage in the rain, and providing umbrellas when needed, and finally even taking me to a hospital and serving as a translator between the crew and me. She took care of our commute to everywhere we needed, made us terrific breakfast, and sat with us for explanations as our guide to the area. The hotel itself is a great eco friendly resort and is a wonderful place to stay. This was the best hotel in our 1 month and 12 different accommodations. It was much more than a place to sleep or stay, at was a cardinal part of our trip . We stayed in the rainbow units and they are absolutely beautiful.
