The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast is home made...I loved it. Outside the main touristic area but just few minutes away so no a real issue. We went with our dog and was welcomed.

Everything was perfect ! The receptionist ( Catarina ) was very friendly and helpful! The pool was very refreshing and very much needed during these hot days in Mompox. Breakfast was very tasty. Room was very nice with super comfortable bed. I also recommend booking a boat trip on the Magdalena river and to the nearby Cienaga.

I liked the place, it’s like an oasis and the Pool very enjoyable. It’s not far from the center and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. And I loved that it was not far from the pool. My selection was with a shared bathroom which was really not an inconvenience because it was very clean and I never felt uncomfortable at all. I really enjoyed my permanence in the hotel and I’m certainly coming back! 🙏 I

Our experience at Bioma Hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff, who made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is set in a stunning colonial home, beautifully preserved and full of charm. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after exploring Mompox. One of the highlights of our stay was Rosa at the reception—she went above and beyond to help us organize tours with reliable and knowledgeable local guides, making our trip even more special. The swimming pool was a huge plus, especially after long walks in the intense heat—it was the perfect way to refresh and relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and serene, offering a true escape from the outside world. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious and traditional breakfast, a great way to start our day. We truly loved everything about Bioma Hotel and can’t wait to return. A perfect location on the embankment and close to the main square. A very good breakfast. I recommend the sunset river trip organise by the owner. Amazing.
