Modern and new! I love the concept of having communal spaces, like kitchen, laundrette and the offer of luggage storage are all fantastic! (Especially we could hang around and rest before taking our Santa Claus Express overnight train). The location is fantastic as well, where most sights are within good walking distance, including the railway station. There is a grocey stall nearby as well, which is such a plus. Although the check-in is all online and there is no physical reception, communication was prompt and smooth over whatsapp. Our queries and concerns are all addressed timely. So good is our stay that we returned for another night with them after our lapland trip before flying home. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the NH Helsinki grand hansa and had an outstanding experience. the hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of helsinki, making it extremely convenient to explore the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants. the staff was highly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the spa, located in the semi-basement, which was accessible for free during the early morning and evening hours—a perfect way to relax and unwind. the breakfast offered both a rich buffet and à la carte options, with high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, this hotel combines prime location, professional service, excellent wellness facilities, and delicious dining, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers in Helsinki.

Staff were so kind and tentative (special shout out to Simon!), location is fantastic right by central station and monuments, facilities (gym, sauna, bar and restaurant) were kept clean and added that touch of luxury while away from home. Hard to fault this place.

Big beautiful rooms, really comfortable and cozy beds, big showers and bathroom in general, rooms are very clean and the interior design is just astonishing. Breakfast is a huge buffet and there is something for everbody's liking. Hotel is near tram station and just a 17min walk from the train station and the neighbourhood is just lovely to walk through.

The hotel is great. Located in a very central position, it provides with a pretty luxurious experience, especially if you have the chance to book a room with a Sauna. However, the big asset is the black-haired girl at the Front Desk that works during the night shift. She is stunning and super helpful. I can easily say that this specific girl made the difference

    The hotel is better than most 5 stars I have been to. Some rooms were equipped with Sauna which were really perfect. The breakfast was awesome again with so much of fresh produce and local delicacies. Its located close to the city centre and everything is at walkable distance.
