The receptionist was the most helpful person I have ever met on my numerous travels. I changed my booking arrangements 4 times in the first few hours of arriving at the hotel. She was super positive and helped perfectly. I can’t praise the service highly enough. Every other aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations too. There is simply nowhere else to stay in Belfast.

The property was absolutely fantastic, completely stocked with anything you could need! Makeup wipes coffee tea sugar etc the host was fabulous! Kept in touch through the stay and was on the other end of the phone with quick replies should we need anything at all! I loved the fact he did a quick show around and let us know where everything was made sure we were settled and comfortable! The fact he left is some wine and some treats also was just amazing the attention to detail was fab

It was right in the heart of the Queens University which was great. Lots of eating places and vibrant. Easy walking to the city hall. Our apartment was excellent, clean and spacious and well equipped. Our host Declan was outstanding especially when we lost our key and within 20 minutes he was at our apartment with a space key.
