The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Staff have been amazing and so good with children. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but Mehdi at the reception, Faye at Sharkie's Pool and Sangeeta, who brought some of our meals, have all treated us with so much kindness I feel they are excellent ambassadors for what the Four Seasons Hampshire has to offer.

Everything! Soon as you walk in the door you can feel the warmth and see all the fine details put in place to make your stay excellent and relaxing one. The style and furnishings were just amazing! The Washroom was modern with all the fixtures you need. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! Also the painting in the living count how many faces there are. Great security and privacy. Both owners are so wonderful! I was informed of everything from best place to park, sending information, crystal clear communication and a clean and spotless home. Lovely traditional hotel in a great location in Reading. The room was super comfortable, and we had the best nights sleep in weeks (even with a newborn baby). The breakfast was delicious and a great experience with the traditional dining room setting. The staff were exceptional and so helpful and friendly with us and our kids making us feel welcome and cared for. If we ever return to Reading or the nearby area we will definitely come back here.
