Close to the airport, it is a 20min walk in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is very big, beautiful and has all the amenities necessary. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night and had to leave early for the airport!

It is not too far from the airport but as, our flight was 5 hours delayed we arrived early in the morning having been travelling all day, we had no luggage; the staff looked after us & offered all assistance in locating the luggage & told us the moment it arrived, they were so friendly & helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed, we will stay there again.

The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.
