Location. Direct access to the wellness facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well soundproofed, with good mattresses and pillows for a restful sleep, which is a big plus. Very friendly staff. I was the second ever renter at this place so everything was brand new. The TVs are huge. I appreciated this. Private parking is also great. It's gated and not on the public street. It has almost everything you need. ---------------- Here are some ideas for improvement but not really negative points: You have to call the owner in order to get in. It's not automated (yet). I had to meet with the owner to get the keys. Again: some automation would make it easier. There is no dishwasher but this is not expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities – including high-quality toiletries and soft towels – were a lovely touch. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth and efficient throughout our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a light but delicious breakfast with great coffee – a perfect start to the day. We’re very satisfied with our experience and will definitely recommend this place to others!

It was one of the cleanest places I have ever been in. It was a cozy, comfortable apartment. The host was very polite and open to every special request I had. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need away from home. Check-in and check out were fairly easy. It had a useful garage. It had privacy, which I cherish deeply.
