Very professionally-run hotel and helpful reception. Small but very clean room with everything I needed. There wasn't much of a view from my room, but it didn't bother me. Very good breakfast, and the terrace has a very nice view of the sea.

Very welcoming staff. Amazing views from rooftop bar. Very new and clean hotel. Great rain shower, decent amount of storage in room. Powerful air con units and mini fridge that actually keeps things cold. Beds comfortable, mattresses on firm side.

Very beautiful, comfortable and clean B&B in the town center. The beach, restaurants, cafés, stores etc are in walking distance. The owner is very friendly, helped me with everything and is always in contact, if needed. Thank you very much! The room itself is very stylish, comfortable and equipped with functional design. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Shower gel and a toothbrush are provided. I totally recommend this B&B to my friends. You cannot choose better!

Fantastic venue, decorated in style with absolute taste, very clean and of high standards. We had travelled to Messina for a conference and had a lovely stay. The venue is located in the heart of Messina but in a quiet part, 10 min walk from the centre and train station, but also allows you to have a quiet rest. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel like home! We felt well looked after and among friends and will certainly return! Wholeheartedly recommend Jolly Charme Suite.

Very friendly staff, we hired a suite... to our surprise the shower had spa features with an excellent variety of massage jets. Family run very genuine The lady cook prepared genuine and excellent food all along Andrea was very helpful and entertaining with us and all guests. He was also our forest trail guide each morning.
