Really nice hotel just one monorail/train station away from Haneda airport terminal 3. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean and modern. Great option especially if your flight arrives really late or departs early and you don't wanna use a lot of time to commute on these days.

We just stayed one night before flying out of Tokyo from a connecting flight. We got in late, and it was such a relief to be able to walk straight to our room with our luggage cart. The restaurants nearby were closed, but thankfully the restaurant at the rooftop onsen is open 24 hours. The onsen is fantastic, and was perfect after a long day of travel. It was a bit on the pricy side, but the convenience and quality was worthwhile.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were a great size and very well maintained. 4 convenient stores around the corner, 24hr Mcdonalds close by and tonnes of great food options at a walking distance. Everything was top notch!

The room was exceptionally clean, I loved that it was cleaned on a daily basis, with all the extra amenities refilled. It was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and the staff were always ready to help and easy to contact. The gardens connecting the three hotels (Sakura tower, Grand Prince Takanawa, and Grand Prince Shin Takanawa) were very well kept, and made for a lovely way to end my evenings in Tokyo by taking a stroll through them.

Such a luxurious hotel right next to Shinagawa station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything you may need. Being basically in Shinagawa station was so helpful coming from Narita airport and was well connected to the rest of Tokyo. The bathtub was spacious and luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in in Japan and we will definitely be staying again next time we come to Tokyo.
