I loved the staff there, very helpful and very kind. The breakfast was also wonderful! We're both a bit picky, so I am always unsure whether or not paying for breakfast upfront is worth it, but the variety and quality definitely made it worth it in my opinion. The location of the hotel is also pretty convenient, in that we had no trouble walking everywhere. We were in close walking distance to the market, the castle and the garden.

The location was great, next to the market, close to the station, we tool a taxi from the station and next day walked to get a renta car, the personnel was so kind, we were able to store the luggage, the onsen was great and it is open until 1. 00 and opens at 5.00. The beds were so comfortable. We wished we could stay longer but had plans in advance. The price was very good, we booked the room a couple of months ago. We recommend this 100%.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved being right next to the train station. we just walked to the castle and the garden, the museums which is only about 4 or 5 km away. really easy flat walk. rooms were beautifully appointed.

Very stylish and cool hotel in great location. The room was simply beautiful, spotless clean, comfy beds, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We loved the lounge and the free offer drinks! Laundry was available.

Perfect location, 3 mins from the train station and in the midst of the night life area. Many bars and restaurants around. The hotel is 30 floors high with amazing view from the top floors and also has a great Launge on the 30th floor. Rooms are well equipped although a bit small. Breakfast is amazing - both Japanese and western buffet, very rich with many options. All in all strongly recommended.

Everything. This place is actually a 11/10. The 3 ladies we met from the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful (booked the diner tables for us in nearby restaurants). The room was amazing, big with comfortable beds while the private onsen is a must try. With no doubts the best place we stayed in during 3 weeks of traveling in Japan.
