United KingdomThe staff was excellent, everyone took such a good care of us, check in and check out were done perfectly, the pick-up from the airport is well organised, the breakfast was excellent. The Internet connection was also reliable. The location was amazing. Recommendations from the hotels regarding organised tours to Chan Chan, Moon Temple and El Brujo, was really valuable, we have fantastic guided tours thanks to the hotel recommendation. Also restaurant that hotel staff recommended were top notch. We really enjoyed our stay.
