The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing with attentative wait staff. The facilities here were exceptional, sauna, spa, indoor, and outdoor pool. i would love to return with the whole family.

Set in Saalbach Hinterglemm, 300 metres from Kohlmais lift, Hotel Gappmaier has rooms with free WiFi access, an heated outdoor pool, free parking and a garden terrace. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I arrived, everything felt well-organized, exceptionally clean, and had a warm, personal touch. The service was outstanding in every aspect—friendly and attentive staff, excellent housekeeping, efficient check-in and check-out, and a team always willing to offer great recommendations for things to do in town. I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa facilities were a highlight—there’s a beautiful heated outdoor pool with drink service, as well as an indoor spa area with saunas and a steam room, all kept impeccably clean and truly relaxing. The hotel’s modern facilities, comfortable rooms with cozy beds, and charming little balconies made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from one of the main gondolas for skiing, with the rest also within walking distance. Being right in town meant we had everything we needed close by. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant several nights, and the food was absolutely delicious—we kept coming back for more! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Situato nel centro di Hinterglemm, l'Hotel das Zwölferhaus dista solo 1 minuto a piedi dalle piste sciistiche e dalla funivia Zwölferkogelbahn. Spotless place, super comfy, food was out of this world, and the crew was top-notch. I’d snap it up again in a sec if I had my dates straight.
