Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location in the Lend area was great.

Personel is helpfull, room is clean, well equiped, large room, TV, great internet, safe parking… great breakfast…recomendation

It offers a luxurious private spa and free access to the public Heiltherme Spa Centre, directly attached to the hotel. Free WiFi is available. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.

Quick and service minded communication with the owners. We especially appreciated the little details like coffee capsules and condiments provided for us! Also a few books and games for the children. The property has city views and is 300 metres from Cathedral and Mausoleum and 300 metres from Glockenspiel. Graz Clock Tower is 200 metres away and Graz Town Hall is 300 metres from the apartment. Fantastic location right in the heart of the town. Lovely spacious apartment (number 4). Huge rooms and well equipped. Great communication with helpful information about local restaurants and things to see etc.

It was a taste of vacation even though I was there for business. The balcony in the room was amazingly big! And the view of the lake was great! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly!

But by far the best part was the staff who were excellent!
