The breakfast was fantastic, with many fresh and tasty options. The hotel facilities seem new, very well-maintained, and the room very comfortable and cozy, with very soft bed linens, a selection of pillows, easily adjustable air-conditioning, and extremely pleasant lighting scenarios. The location is superb, very close to the airport and just a 5-minute walk to the Boa Viagem shoreline.

Set in a beautiful park next to Olinda´s São Francisco Convent, this hotel features a colonial museum and modern rooms. Free Wi-Fi, free parking and a large pool are available. Beautiful setting in a tropical garden. Excellent food on site, with lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, although only a few spoke anything but Portuguese. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, but it's obvious that the buildings are quite old.

Situato a Praia dos Carneiros, a 100 metri da Praia dos Carneiros, Almareia Boutique Hotel prevede una piscina all'aperto, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un ristorante e un bar. This hotel was absolutely outstanding. We stayed in room 33 which was incredible. The views were breathtaking. Our bed was very comfortable, you have a choice of your pillow. Every night they left a sweet treat on our bed. The hotel staff was above and beyond. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They thought of literally everything to make us the most memorable stay. We didn’t want to leave! The restaurant is absolutely delicious. We ate most of our meals here. The breakfast is SO GOOD! It’s the nicest breakfast I’ve ever had included in a hotel stay. The hotel itself is located a little further south than the hustle of Praia dos carneiros but this is for the best. The beach is stunning and so quiet. We walked about 5k on the beach each way to get to carneiros which was nice for a day walk but so glad we stayed out at Almareia. I should also mentioned my wife and I don’t speak Portuguese and while most of the staff doesn’t speak English it was never a problem. They were so patient with us!

Excellent location, walking distance to a gorgeous beach (Boldro) and some restaurants and snack places, but the restaurant at the hotel was excellent too. Super friendly staff helped us with arrangements for tours and dives.
