Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

Ze reageren snel op vragen. Het uitzicht is super mooi; CN tower, Roger centre, aquarium, enz. Locatie is ook heel centraal. Parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het gebouw is heel handig.
