L'Arc-en-ciel hotel in stile chalet tradizionale è situato in una posizione tranquilla alla periferia di Gstaad, vicino alla stazione della funivia Eggli e al centro pedonale. Our Comfort room could be used together with the one next door, if you were travelling as a family. There was an outer door that kept any noise level from the corridor to a minimum. Breakfast was substantial and the restaurant was well used by both guests and non guests. Very attentive staff in the restaurant. A genuinely friendly and professional gentleman called Weil was on hand at check in and check out making us feel everyone in the hotel were keen for us to have a memorable stay. The car parking, private spa for an hour and the ski equipment hire all included in the cost of our stay were amazing

We were two families with 3 kids and it was perfect for us. The spaces, the available equipments, the location, the view - really everything was fantastic.

Located near the Pfingstegg and First ski lifts or next to the Oberer Gletscher, these holiday apartments have well equipped kitchens and private terraces with views. The communication pre arriving between the company and us was great, they answered any queries we had in a timely manner. We were picked up from the station and taken back to reception to checkin, all the information we needed was provided. The self contained apartment was great. Had everything we needed We shopped at the local supermarket which is a 10min walk or you can catch the local bus. Keeping in mind no buses run after 7pm, then you have to walk slightly uphill. Communal washing machine available which was useful Our view was exceptional!! Lovely to wake to the mountain view every morning

The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. The hotel is very beautiful, but the attention of the staff was incredible, they explained everything very well, they served us with patience, even some of the staff communicated with us in Spanish. I would definitely return.

The experience is very authentic, staff are very friendly, the restaurant has the best panoramic views ever. Very peaceful. I love it
