Concierge service, personalized assistance, at a comfortable price and trust me, you appreciate the service in China I imagine staying in one of those legendary hotels with a concierge service would feel similar. Both the manager and Mr Tuan at reception provide a service beyond expectations. Whatever you need they will help, from a late arrival, room fixes, local apps usage and general orientation and help all the way to bringing you around in his own private car, researching online, walking you to a restaurant and helping you order, teach you how to eat local foods or take you to a tasting and buying tea session. All with a smile and a great attitude. They also went out of their way to help us organize a next day visit at nearly midnight the day before and order from local websites using their own accounts! The rooms and facilities match the price and could see some renewal but they are completely acceptable. The place is in a quiet area but right next to a street food of exciting eateries and places to go out at night.

Services: The service provided by the entire staff was impeccable and attentive. From the check-in in the futuristic-design lobby, the attention to detail and efficiency were remarkable. SkyBar: The SkyBar (be it Maven or Horizon/SHUA) is a must-do experience. The cocktails and the atmosphere are sophisticated, and the view of The Crystal (the horizontal skyscraper bridge) is unique in the world. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel is located next to river, and in walking distance to some famous sites. I recommend getting a morning promenade along the river side, the promenade is very well made, wide and safe, very comfortable. The breakfast is more chinese style, despite that it’s still a very generous breakfast.

It is within Paradise Walk, an expansive shopping mall area (if you like shopping) and a short 5 minute walk to the Metro Shiyoulu Station Line 1 Exit 2B, making it very convenient to get around Chongqing. The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!

The price was very reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. The design is modern and futuristic, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and the view from the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with laundry and ensuring our stay was smooth. Breakfast was complimentary and very satisfying. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest station, and very easy to find. The hotel is on the 15th floor with clear signage. We truly appreciated the complimentary laundry service and wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a very cheap, affordable stay in Chongqing, this property is highly recommended.
