Villa Amalie was everything we hoped for and more. The owners work hard to make sure your stay is comfortable. The accommodations were spotless and thoughtfully designed. Our favorite part was the included breakfast and coffee machine. This was such a convenience when preparing for our day. One of best parts about the hotel is the location and free, secure parking. It was very quiet at night. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and sights in Punda and Otrabanda but what we most appreciated was the easy access to the main roads which lead to the beaches. If you plan on visiting beaches by day and Willemstad at night, this is the best place you can stay. You won’t have to maneuver the busy streets of Willemstad. Oh, and the shower and A/C are fantastic!,

The property itself was as shown in the property photos, very stylish and comfortable the bed and bedding were fab. Great bathroom and somewhere to sit in the evenings and prepare some food if you want to. It was close to Hulanda Village which was lovely to get some food or wander the little shops. We stayed at Nubia for 10 nights and although initially I was a little worried about the position of the property by the end of our time, we felt very sad to leave. A special thanks to Nienke who was always at the end of a phone if needed. We hired a great little fiat 500 from Livcuracao for 6 of the ten days to explore the island and parked outside Nubia each night .

This place was perfect, I came down a few days early for my brother's wedding which was on a resort but I enjoy this place because it was in a perfect location the people were very friendly and nice. I eat in town which was great and I slept like a baby. My room was addressed everyday and tidy for me when I returned from being out all day.
