The hotel has its own jetty on the east bank of the Nile, and transportation there is provided free of charge by a motorboat, every 15 minutes. The hotel allows early check-in. If you choose a room with a view of the Nile, you can see the sunrise. The general manager is very kind and solves all the wishes of the guests. Breakfast and dinner are very varied, and the food is delicious.

They waited for us until 1am as we had late check-in. They gave us breakfast in small bags at 4am as we had a tour with an early pick-up. They called our guide to help with the pick-up of a tour. And they brought us to the other side of the river with their boat at 6am so that we don't have to cross the island with our luggage. These people are gold and will make sure that your stay there will be memorable!

The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

ACHERTOD Nubian House bevindt zich in Naj‘ al Maḩaţţah, op 21 km van Aga Khan Mausoleum en 2,9 km van Nubisch Museum. We hadden 3 kamers. De kamers waren ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke matrassen en 1 van de kamers had een geweldig uitzicht op de Nijl. De staff was meer dan vriendelijk en de service was uitstekend. We hebben 's avonds genoten van een uitstekende maaltijd, het ontbijt was niet speciaal maar ruim voldoende. Het hotel heeft een eigen boot, we hebben een tochtje over de Nijl met ze gemaakt, Dat is ons erg goed bevallen.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.
