Loved our stay at the hotel and the facilities are amazing, super modern and spacious, overall fantastic experience and they even accommodated us with an earlier check-in and also later check-out. A special mention for Kerollos Sedra and Merna Magdy at reception for excellent service. Also Chef Atef who makes the best omelettes I’ve ever tasted !

JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and... The hotel is big but a bit old compared to the rest of the Jazz group but the food quality is good and the staff are good and helpful especially Mohamed Aboutrika who helped us and ordered an Uber taxi to take us to the airport and checked on us until we left.

The brothers who run the hotel, Mizo and Mouffa, were great hosts! I arrived at 3.30am and they were awake waiting for me after sorting out a transfer from the airport, with a welcome drink waiting for me on arrival. They were really helpful in sorting out a tour guide for a few days for me, Islam, who was also fantastic. The rest of the staff were extremely polite and were available whenever needed. Mizo checked in everyday by WhatsApp to make sure everything was going ok which was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop are spectacular, and you get a great view of the nightly light show of the Pyramids. I’d definitely book again for the service alone, but the location next to the Pyramids can’t be beaten. The cost was more than reasonable, a true hidden gem!
