The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. We chose the Atlantic Sunset resort to celebrate an anniversary. We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

The Klayman Diamond boutique has fabulous hospitality staff. The facility and rooms are spotless and housekeeping and maintenance work diligently to keep hotel clean. The chef and his staff provide quality meals with great variety and we enjoyed the event evenings with entertainment. The servers Nacho and Alexis?/from Madrid also quite personable and provide exceptional service.

Great views from our room and every restaurant, and even from the pools! The kids pool/play area was very fun, and the food was great. I had also looked at a nearby international music-themed chain hotel, and for the same price my kids would have had to sleep on a sofa bed, whereas here they each had a twin bed.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

All rooms at Iberostar Sábila - Adults Only come with a balcony, as well as a private bathroom with hairdryer. There is also satellite TV in each room. Breakfast was fabulous and had a lot of variety. There was a special dish corner every day. The fruits and fresh juices were my highlight. We booked the Star Prestige option which was definitely worth it. We had a priority check in and they let us park in the staff parking for the first night which was so convenient for us after a whole day of travelling. Star Prestige and Non Star Prestige Pool areas were immaculate! The room was very clean and I have to highlight the housekeeping! I have never had better housekeeping in any hotel. They came several times to make sure we had fresh towels the mini bar was restocked (free for star prestige) and they put a mini praline chocolate for both of us every day. The attention to detail was amazing. Although it’s high season it was so relaxing at the pool areas it didn’t feel overcrowded at any point.
