The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The dining experience was exquisite, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

It features spacious rooms with Mediterranean Sea views, and offers 2 swimming pools (one of them heated from October until April), 6 share pools, A la carte restaurant, wellness Spa, Fitness Center and a tennis court. This is one of the most beautiful Hotels i stayed :) it has the sea view from almost every point. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is super friendly and is always available for help. The breakfast is amazing, they even have a vegan area. I will definitely come back. Efrachisto poli!! :)

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Jensen Luxury Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Rhodes Town, 400 metres from Elli Beach. The accommodation features a spa bath. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the aparthotel is soundproof and has a hot tub. The property was very clean and the host was wonderful!! she was very kind and friendly. She made sure that we had a great experience and that we had a comfortable stay. The room was amazing!! very nice restroom with jacuzzi tub, big tv and the bed was super comfortable. Had everything we needed and the rooms are cleaned daily if needed. The location was perfect it is Super close to the beach and old town. Plenty of restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Nice pub across the street with good drinks and a great breakfast restaurant just a few doors down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PKACE!! This is where I plan to stay on future trips to Rhodes.
