Some notable staff are Riyan, Rahmat, Aby, and dava They have helped me from tech issues on the TV (connecting my ps5 to the TV) to requesting a shuttle and knowledge about the area and where to to go super helpful every one was helpful but the ones above I have spent time with and have been extra kind to me and other guests.

The beachfront cottage provided a peaceful atmosphere with the soothing sounds of waves and nature. Although the main pool was under renovation, the staff ensured we had access to the VIP infinity pool with stunning ocean views, which was a great alternative. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and there were plenty of activities available (most at an extra cost). The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our family getaway even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and restaurant in Serpong. Very good location, easy access to airport! and having a big shopping mall next door.
