The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were also so kind. When I arrived I was very ill from the windy roads and jet lag and they helped me pay my cab and check in in my room so I could be comfortable and they brought me aid so I could hydrate and get comfortable.
