Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.
